Not much is new in 'recent news' lol
Still doing my oil pulling, still seeing the same results so far - better complexion and fresher mouth.
Also noticed less gum bleeding when I brush my teeth - so I am happy!
I believe this is really helping me!
I encourage you guys to try it as well :)
